If the candidate has passed all stages of the recruitment selection that you have created, then you can call it a new employee or in Talenta it is called a New Joiner. As a Super Admin role holder, you can integrate New Joiner with New Talenta Recruitment.

- Learn how to create an applicant form first here.
- You need to set this up and map out specific questions before posting a job listing to integrate the New Talent Recruitment feature with New Joiner.
- After that, make sure the candidate status has been updated to Hired.
Here are the steps on how to do the integration.
- After filling in the Job details , you will continue to the Applicant form setup stage. There are column types on the form, namely Paragraph, Short Answer, Yes/No, Dropdown, Multiple Choice, Date, Number, and File Upload.
- Then, you can fill in the Personal information, Identity & address, Identity & address, Compensation, and Attachment customizations.

Create additional questions on the form as needed. Check Map to employee file category and select the destination file in File category map. Later, this form will be directly integrated with Employee information when the employee has been officially recruited with Hired status.
Important
- Each custom question should have an option to enable or disable its connection to the employee custom field when a candidate becomes an employee.
- The toggle button is disabled by default.
