Overtime Request Menu Overview (New Version)

Overtime Request is one of the features in Talenta's Time Management menu. You can access this feature through the old and new views. You can access this feature through the old and new versions.

In the explanation below, you will learn briefly about the Overtime Request menu in the new view that will help employees to request overtime with the overtime approval system. For Super Admin/Admin roles, this feature will help you to export overtime data for data analysis and recording purposes.

No Feature name Explanation
1 Overtime Date Filter To make it easier for you to filter Overtime date data.
For example:
You did Overtime on January 20, 2025, and it was submitted on January 21, 2025.
2 All filters You can manage the data filters that you want to display on the Overtime Request index page. These filters will make it easier for you to filter information related to Overtime Requests that have been made. In addition, you can add additional filters by clicking “Add filter” as follows.

Next, several filters will appear as follows. 

Then, the filter you choose will appear as follows:


3 Column Displayed

The columns in the table that you want to display.


Select one of the columns above to display the data you want to monitor regularly.

4 Export Data Export the Overtime request data.
5 Search by name or ID Search box by name and ID.
6 Employee name Name of the employee.
7 Request date Overtime request date.
8 Overtime date On Overtime date, you can click “View attachment” to view detailed Overtime Request information.
You will then be directed to the following view.
9 Duration Overtime duration.
10 Compensation Compensation.
11 Status Request status.

If you want to export Overtime request data, you follow these steps:

  1. Click the following button.
  2. Then the following information pop up will appear. Specify the Overtime date.
  3. Then click “Export”.
  4. Then the following information pop up will appear stating that you will receive a notification in your Inbox after the data has been successfully exported. Check your Inbox regularly. Click “View inbox” to check the export data.

    The exported data is pre-filtered data.

  5. After the data export process is complete, you can click “View inbox” to view the data export results.
  6. Then you will be directed to the Inbox page. Click “here” to download the Overtime data.
