Overtime Request Menu Overview (New Version)

Overtime Request is a feature within the Time Talenta menu. In the explanation below, you'll learn a brief overview of the Overtime Request menu in the new interface, which will help employees request overtime using the overtime approval system. For Super Admin/Admin roles, this feature will help you export overtime data for analysis and data recording purposes.

1 Overtime Request Period Filter

To make it easier for you to filter the Overtime request date data.

For example:
You made an Overtime request on January 20, 2025, and it was only submitted on January 21, 2025.

2 Filter status

To make it easier for you to filter request statuses, you can filter by status, as shown in the image below.

3 All filters

You can manage the data filters displayed in the list other than by period or status.

These filters will make it easier for you to filter information related to Overtime Requests you've created. You can also add additional filters by clicking "Add filter" This will allow you to select one of the filter categories.

Then, select one of the filter category criteria. For example, if you select Branch, you can choose one of the available branches, as shown in the image below. You can also remove this filter by clicking "(-)".

5 Import request

To import overtime request data by filling in the Excel template.

7 Column Displayed

The columns in the table you want to display.


Select one of the columns above to display the data you want to monitor periodically.

8 Export Data

Performing Overtime request data download.

9 Search by name or ID

Employee search box by name and ID.

10 Checkbox

You can check to perform actions on mass overtime requests specifically for the Awaiting for approval status, such as Approve, Reject, or Cancel request.

11 Employee name

Employee name.

12 Requested date

Submission date.

13 Overtime date

On the Overtime date, you can click “View attachment” to see detailed information about the Overtime Request.

Next, you will be directed to the following view.

14 Duration

Overtime duration.

15 Compensation

Compensation for overtime.

16 Status

Submission status.

17 Actions

The actions you can take on the request include View details, which is available for all request statuses, and Approve, Reject, or Cancel the request (which is available for the Awaiting for approval status).

If you want to export Overtime request data, you follow these steps:

  1. Click the following button.

  2. Then the following information pop up will appear. Specify the Overtime date.

  3. Then click “Export”.

  4. Then the following information pop-up will appear stating that you will receive a notification in your Inbox after the data has been successfully exported. Check your Inbox regularly. Click “View inbox” to check the export data.

     

    The exported data is pre-filtered data.

  5. After the data export process is complete, you can click “View inbox” to view the data export results.

  6. Then you will be directed to the Inbox page. Click “here” to download the Overtime data.
