On the Talenta Performance Management Home page, there is an AI Summary feature that functions to display the following summary notifications:
- Notification to the Super Admin about cycles that have been summarized by AI.
- Notification to employees when there are AI results published by HR.
- Notification to reviewers from the manager review method if there are 360/team review subordinate results that have been summarized by AI.

Here is a brief explanation about the AI Summary.

1. Open https://review.talenta.co/ and log into your account.

2. As a Super Admin, you can view the dashboard page that displays the AI Summary.
   

3. Here is an example of one AI Summary notification. You can click “View” to see the summary

4. Click “View result” to see the review result with AI Summary marked with the label Summarized by AI.
   

5. Then, here is the display of the AI Summary.

   1. Here is the review result display from the Super Admin side.
      

      - You can switch between English or Indonesian by clicking the button highlighted in the image above.
      - You can also click the “thumbs up” icon if the summary is helpful or the “thumbs down” icon if the summary is not helpful.

6. Besides viewing the Review result summarized by AI, you can publish it through the notification by clicking “Publish”.
   

7. You will then be directed to the following page. You can only publish scores for review processes that have been completed. Click “Action” then “Publish score”.
   

8. If you click Publish score, you are publishing the scores to employees. Even if not published, HR can still pull reports. When you click, a pop-up will appear.

9. In the pop-up that appears, you can configure what is displayed on My Review (Review results) that will be accessed by employees.

   1	Detailed scores	Click to display the final scores in detail along with the breakdown of scores per indicator for each selected review method.
   2	Review methods	Check the checkbox to determine which evaluation methods' scores will be shown to employees (e.g., Manager review, 360 review, Team review, and/or Self review).
   3	Final score per review method	Click to display only the final score from each selected review method without indicator details.
   4	Score category per review method	Click to display only the score category (e.g., Exceeds expectations, Meets expectations) for each selected review method.
   5	Adjusted score and reason	Select this option to display the adjusted score along with the official reason/explanation from the HR team.
   6	Weighted final score	Select this option to display a single final score calculated based on the weights of all review methods.
   7	Review summary	You can check this button to include the AI-generated summary of the review results in the employee's review result sheet.

10. Then, click “Publish review”. Every result that is published can be viewed by cycle members in the My Review menu.
