Currently, information related to Headcount and Replacement submission on the MPP (Manpower Planning) page can also be displayed on the New Talenta Recruitment page. The integration between Manpower Planning and New Recruitment will make it easier for you to manage and monitor information related to the employee recruitment process. Before applying it, you need to first understand the integration flow between MPP and New Recruitment on Talenta through the following steps.
1. Submit Headcount or Replacement to MPP
Before you can monitor and manage recruitment information on Manpower Planning (MPP) and New Recruitment Talenta, you need to submit an MPP application first. Here are the steps.
- Log in to your Talenta account, then on the Employees menu, click the “Manpower Planning” tab.
- Then select the “Requisition” tab.
- Then click “Request” and select the “New headcount” tab.
The MPP integration flow with New Recruitment also applies to Replacement applications. When you choose ‘Replacement’, you will be directed to fill in the data for the Replacement application as in the example in the following display.
- Then fill in the columns as in the example in the following display. Make sure all the data is correct, then click “Save”.
- Then the request headcount will appear on the following page and the status will change to 'Need Approval'. In this case you need to wait for approval from Admin to go to the next stage.
- Then, if the Admin has approved the application, the status will change to 'Approved' as shown in the following display.
2. MPP Integration with New Recruitment
- Next, the Hiring status will change to ‘Hiring not started’. Click “Actions” and select “Create job vacancy” to manage the recruitment process.
- Then you will be automatically directed to the Create job page on the Job listings menu in New Recruitment Talenta.
On this page, there is Request Information or submission information that was previously created on the Manpower planning page.
- Next, complete each Job listings information as shown in the following display. You can learn more about the steps to create Job listings here.
- The Job position, Work location, Employment type, and Headcount needed columns are automatically filled in because the data has been filled in when making the MPP application.
- At the Hiring stage, the Hiring Manager column is also automatically filled in when submitting a Headcount on the Manpower planning page.
- Make sure you do not change the data in these columns. If you change it, the data contained on the Manpower planning page will not be integrated on the New Recruitment page. - Then the Job listings that have been successfully uploaded will appear on the following page. After that, select the Job listings that have been previously uploaded.
- Scroll down the page and you will see the Request Information on the following Job listing details page.
- Information related to the employee recruitment process will also appear in the Requisition section on the Manpower planning page. Click “Actions” then select “View details”.
- Then you can also see detailed information related to recruitment on the Headcount that you have submitted on this page.
Click “See hiring process” to monitor the recruitment process via the New Recruitment Talenta page.
- In addition, you can also monitor the recruitment process on the Headcount that you have submitted on the Pipeline hiring tab as shown in the following display.
3. Select Candidate for Submitted Headcount
The next step is to add candidates from the headcount you have previously submitted. Here are the steps.
- Scroll down the recruitment information details page for the Headcount you have submitted on the Manpower planning page, then click “Select candidate”.
- Then the following display will appear. In this case, you need to add candidates manually via the Candidate menu in New Recruitment.
- The display as in the image above will appear if the selected candidate who is already at the 'Hired stage' has not filled in the New Joiner form on Talenta so that the candidate's data is not yet on the Employee list on Talenta. (Learn more about how to submit a New Joiner form here)
- The following is the process of adding a candidate list to Select Candidate:
1. Candidates who have filled in and submitted the New Joiner form will appear on the following page https://hr.talenta.co/employee/new-joiner-submission.
2. Then click “Actions” then select “Proceed as employee”.
3. Next, the following notification will appear. Click “Proceed”.
4. Then you will continue the process of adding the employee. Learn more about how to register New Joiner to Talenta employee data here. When adding employee data, make sure you adjust it to the branch and job title data on the Requisition page in the View details section.
5. Then you can go back to the View details page on Requisition and click “Select candidate” afterward. Then the previously added employees will appear as shown in the following display.
