You can manage assets you have previously created on the Asset list page. Managing asset data includes viewing details, editing, returning assets, and deleting assets.

Here are the steps to manage asset data in the new view.
A. Managing the Asset List Table
Go to the Company menu, then click Assets.
Select Asset list, here you will see a summary of asset data, such as Total assets, Assigned assets, and Unassigned assets, at the top of the page. In addition, you can manage the table list as follows.

| 1 | Asset category filter | Click to select the asset category filter that will affect the list displayed on this page. |
| 2 | Column filter | Click to select which columns are displayed in the asset list table. |
| 3 | Export asset | Click to download the asset list in XLSX format. |

| 5 | Search bar | Enter keywords here to search for a specific employee name. |
B. Viewing Details, Editing, Returning, and Deleting Assets

You can view and manage saved assets by clicking “Actions” on one of the asset names, then select one of the actions.
- Edit: Click to edit asset details. To learn the steps, continue reading this guide.
- Return asset: Click to return the asset. To learn the steps, continue reading this guide.
- Delete: Click to delete the asset.
- Assign asset: Click to assign an employee responsible for the asset for a certain period. Click here to learn how. If you select “View details”, you will be directed to the asset details page as follows.

| 1 | Actions | Click to perform the following actions: - Edit: Click to edit asset data information. You can change the information in the available fields before saving by clicking “Save changes”. - Delete: Click to delete the asset. A pop-up will appear, and you can click “Delete” to permanently remove it. |
| 2 | Copy asset number | Click to copy the asset's unique number. |
| 3 | Return asset | Click to fill out the return asset form. Then, in the sidebar that appears, enter the Return date, Return notes (optional), and attach files (optional). Then, click “Save” to save the asset return data. |

To view the history of this asset, you can open the Assignment history tab. You will be directed to the following page.
If there are attachments, click View attachment to open them. Click the “download” icon to download, or click the “x” icon to close this page.
