How to Set Time Management Notifications via Settings

Through Talenta, you can set custom notification features in the Settings menu. That way, you can specifically set what notifications employees receive.

  1. Select the Settings menu.
  2. Click Notifications then select the Time management tab.

    Important
    You can set 3 notification path toggle buttons, namely Talenta Inbox, and Push notification where is incorrect onenotification pathmust be enabled.

    Here are the terms you need to know when setting up notifications:
    - Changed by admin: Notification when admin changes employee shifts.
    - Request requires approval: Notification when an employee needs to approve/reject a request.
    - Request final approval: Notification when employee request has been approved/rejected.

  3. There are several sections that you can set notifications for, the first is Change shift.


  4. On the second row, there is Live attendance.
  5. On the third line, there is Time off.

  7. In the fifth row, there is Overtime.
