How to Enable/Disable Employee Transfer Access for Multi Company

With Super Admin role, you can enable or disable Employee Transfer access for Multi Company. In addition, you can also set this access.

Important
Contact our support team via email support-hr@mekari.com to access the Multi Company Management page.

To activate and manage employee transfer access for multi-company, follow these steps.

  1. Click the profile icon on the top right and select Company Settings.
  2. Click the “Feature access” tab then click “Settings”.
  3. Click “Activate” to activate employee transfer.
  4. Click “Confirm” on the pop-up that appears. So, with this feature active, you can manage employee transfers in your multi-company.

    Important
    Once the Employee transfer multi company access is active, you can set the access role.

  5. If it is active, there is a green Activated label as follows.

    If this feature is active, then you can transfer employees to another company with the same group ID. You can perform the Employee Transfer action on the Employee directory page.

  6. You can deactivate the employee transfer access feature by clicking “Disable” on the Multi company - Employee transfer settings page.
  7. Click “Deactivate” on the pop-up to disable the feature.
