Multi Company in Mekari Talenta has an approval feature that can be activated and adjusted according to your needs. Therefore, the approval line from a holding company with several subsidiaries can be integrated.

Contact our support team via email support-hr@mekari.com to be able to access the Multi Company Management page.

To activate and set multi-company approval, follow the steps below.

1. Go to the Settings menu.
2. Click Company, then click Multi company.
   
3. Click the “Feature access” tab
   
4. Then, you will be directed to the following page. Click “Activate” to activate Multi-company approval settings.
   
    

5. Click “Confirm” on the pop-up that appears. Hence, to be active in this feature, you can choose the Multi-company option in ESS Approval Settings.
   

   Important
   Once the multi-company approval feature is active, you can manage the approval. Learn the guide on how to set approval in ESS Settings for Multi-company approval, here.
   

6. If the feature is active, a green “Activated” label will be displayed, as shown in the image below.
   
7. You can deactivate the approval settings feature by clicking“Deactivate” on the page Multi-company - Approval settings.
   
8. Click “Deactivate” on the pop-up to deactivate the feature.
