As a Super Admin, you can manage previously created Job listings. In this case, you can edit and add details that will be displayed to candidates. Learn more in the following steps.

On the main Job listings page, select one of the job listing records that you want to manage based on its status.
You can edit the job listing data regardless of its status (Published, Draft, Unpublished, or Closed).
Then click the “pencil icon” as shown below to edit and add data.

Then re-enter the data that you want to edit.
The Job listing ID, Job Position, Published date, and Created by fields cannot be edited.

1 Status The status of the created job listing (required). 2 Job listing ID The ID code of the created job listing (cannot be edited and is required). 3 Job listing title The title of this job opening. You can create a title that differs from the Job position in the Talenta database. 4 Job position This field cannot be edited manually because the system automatically pulls the data by default from the Mekari Talenta database based on your previous selection. 5 Branch location The company branch location where the candidate will be assigned. 6 Province You can optionally select the province where the candidate will be assigned. 7 City You can optionally select the city where the candidate will be assigned. 8 Organization The name of the organization where the candidate will be positioned. 9 Team Team is a flexible label that you can optionally define without configuration by clicking “Add new.”
This feature makes it easier for you to define the team for this position when no organization has been established within the company.10 Employment type You must specify the employee category in this field (Internship, Contract, Permanent, and others). 11 Workplace type You must specify the workplace category (On-site, Hybrid, Remote, and others). 12 Headcount needed You must specify the number of employees needed for this job position.
Check the following checkbox to display the number of employees needed on the recruitment page.
13 Salary range You must specify the salary range for this job position. In addition, you can change the currency by clicking ‘the displayed currency’.
14 Salary description Enter an explanation of the salary for this job opening.

15 Published date The date the job posting was uploaded. 16 Valid until The expiration date of the job recruitment period.
- Check “No closing date” to display the recruitment expiration date on the recruitment page.
- Check “Automatically close the job listing after required headcount is fulfilled” to automatically close the recruitment immediately when candidates who meet the requirements have been found.
- Check “Candidates can upload and parse their resumes” to allow candidates to upload their resumes and allow you to parse them. This option is only available to users with the Ultimate hire plan.
- Check “Restrict to one application per candidate” to prevent candidates from applying for the same job repeatedly using the same email address. Then, you can set the period after which the candidate can apply for the same position again in the two fields under Re-application period.17 Created by The name of the person who created the Job listing. 18 Save changes Save the Job listing data changes. In addition, you can also edit the data in the Job information, Application form, Hiring stages, Hiring team, and Publication form tabs. Then, click the “pencil” icon to edit them.

After the changes are successfully saved, Job listings with the ‘Published’ status will also automatically be updated on the Career page.
