In Talenta, you can set the job level of each employee in the company. Job level is useful for grouping employees based on certain levels according to the organizational structure applicable in the company. The following is a brief explanation of the job level menu in Talenta.

No Column Explanation
1 All status To filter data based on active and inactive status.
2 Import Button to import job level data.
3 Export Button to export job level data in Excel form.
4 Add job level Button to add job levels manually.
5 Job level name Contains the name of the job level that you have created.
6 Employees

Contains the number of employees registered at that job level.

You can also click on the number of employees to see details of employees registered at that job level.

7 Status To see the status of active/inactive job levels.
8 Action

Buttons that you can use to Edit, Set inactive, and Permanently delete the job level.
