In Talenta, you can set the job level of each employee in the company. Job level is useful for grouping employees based on certain levels according to the organizational structure applicable in the company. The following is a brief explanation of the Job Level - Settings menu in Talenta.

| 1 | Export | Button to export/download job level data. |
| 2 | Bulk update | Button to perform mass updates of Job level data in the form of Excel files. |
| 3 | Add job level | Buttons for adding job levels individually or in bulk. To add jobs in bulk, you can upload an Excel file. |
| 4 | Filter status | Button to filter Job level by status. |
| 5 | Search bar | Use this column to search for a specific job level name in the list by typing in the keyword. |
| 6 | Job level code | Contains Job level code information. |
| 7 | Job level name | Contains the name of the job level you have created. |
| 8 | Employees |
Contains the number of employees registered at that job level. You can also click on the number of employees to see the details of the employees registered at that job level. |
