How to Manage Multi Company Settings

Currently, Mekari Talenta offers a feature called Multi Company Management that makes it easier for you to access and manage a company holding in a more structured way. This access will be granted to certain roles that will manage Group Company, User Access, and Delegated Admins. Here are the steps.

Important
- Contact our support team via email at support-hr@mekari.com to gain access to the Multi Company Management page.
- You can learn about the Feature Access tab to manage Approval and Employee Transfer settings.

A. How to View Group Company

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Then, select Company and click Multi company.

  3. Next, click the “Company group” tab.

  4. You will then see a list of company groups based on the displayed Company name and Company ID. This allows you to know the various companies within the same group as your company. This information is used for access and management purposes of those companies. Here is the display.

    The Parent group status for one of the companies can be optionally set by the Mekari internal team. This data has been previously configured by the Mekari internal team.

B. Managing User Access

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Then, select Company and click Multi company.

  3. Next, click the “User access” tab.

  4. You will then be directed to the following view.

    No. Feature Name Description
    1 Filter Origin company A filter that helps you sort data by Origin company.
    2 Filter Access to company A filter that helps you sort data by Access to company.
    3 Employee name The name of the employee who can access the entire Multi Company Management page.
    4 Employee ID Employee ID number.
    5 Origin Company The employee’s originating company.
    6 Origin role

    The employee’s originating role.
     

    Only the Super admin role will appear in the user list.

    7 Access to company List of companies that the employee can access.
    8 Search bar A search field to help you find data related to Multi Company Management.
    9 Edit access To manage employee roles that can access and set role access in other companies.
  5. Then, select an employee name and click “Edit access”.

  6. Next, choose employees who can access other companies.

    Only employees with the Super Admin role within the same group ID will be displayed.

  7. Next, click “Add company” to specify the related company.

  8. Then, select the company name in the following field.

    The selected company will not include your origin company.

  9. Next, click “Select role” to determine role access for the related company.

  10. Then, select the role access.

    Role access list based on the selected company.

    Company: New York Life Insurance Ltd.
    Role: List of role accesses available in New York Life Insurance Ltd.

C. Managing Delegated Admin (Delegated Administrator)

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Then, select Company and click Multi company.

  3. First, users with the Super Admin role can create a delegation by clicking the “Delegated Admins” tab, then clicking “Add delegate”.

    Important
    The appointed Admin can only manage user access rights in the specified company, without authority to change group settings or add companies. Meanwhile, the Super Admin retains full control over the entire system.

  4. A sidebar titled Add delegated admin will appear where you can assign the delegated employee and their access.

    1 Select employee Select the employee to be appointed as multi-company admin.
    2 Add company Add the list of companies that the admin can manage. Selected companies will be added to the list and can be removed by clicking the “-” icon.
    3 Assign and edit user roles Toggle this button to allow the admin to manage and change user roles or access rights in the selected companies.
    4 Edit feature access Toggle this button to allow the admin to enable or disable certain features such as employee transfers and approval settings.
  5. Then, save the delegated admin by clicking “Save”.

  6. Each employee appointed as an admin will appear in the Delegated admins list. On this page, you can manage the Delegated admins list as described below.

    1. Filter by company access Click to filter the list based on company access by checking the checkbox.
    2. Search bar Use this feature to search for a specific employee name.
    3. Edit access

     

    The following sidebar will appear. You can change the list of companies and access delegated to that employee.

    You can then save changes by clicking “Save changes”. Additionally, you can click “Remove access” to revoke the employee’s access rights or click “Cancel” to discard changes.
