Through the On-call management feature, you can plan which employees need to be on standby on selected dates and send notifications to those individuals in case of emergencies. This system is integrated with the Live attendance and Payroll features, which automatically calculate On-call schedules/shifts to provide compensation when the person works outside their regular hours.

Important
- Ensure your company has subscribed to the On-call add-on. To add this feature, contact us at support-hr@mekari.com.
- Update your Talenta app to ADR (2.xx.0), iOS (2.xx.0) or later to ensure the on-call management works in the Talenta app.
- Make sure you have set role access to access the On-call management page. Learn how to set role access here.
