How to Set Offboarding Employee

If you want to do Offboarding after already Resigning Employee, you can do the Set Offboarding action. With this action, the names and data of the employees you have resigned will be listed on the Offboarding list.

To start offboarding, you can start offboarding first. Henceforth, you will get an email/inbox. On the resignee dashboard, you can find an information banner stating that the offboarding stage is in progress as follows.

The following is a guide for setting offboarding for Superadmin/Admin.

  1. In Talenta, go to the Employees menu and click Employee directory.
  2. Make sure you are on the “Directory” page. On the employee list, click "Actions" and Set offboarding on one of the employees' names.

  3. In the pop-up that appears, click “Set” to add the dismissed employee's name to the Company - Offboarding page.

  4. Thus, the employee name was successfully moved to the Company - Offboarding page.
