How to Manage Talenta Portal in the Settings Menu

Talenta Portal is a face-recognition application, which can be used by employees to take attendance onsite. Talent Portal is available in both online and offline versions. This application can be used in the front office, so employees can check in and check out directly. This application can be an alternative to an attendance machine other than fingerprint and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) machines.

To enter Talent Portal settings, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Talenta account.
  2. Click the profile menu then click “Account Settings”.
  3. Click ”Time Management” tab.
  4. Then click “Portal” to enter the Talent Portal Settings menu..
  5. Next, you will see the following Talent Portal Settings menu display.


    No. Menu Description
    1. Offline Mode Activate the offline toggle to use Talenta Portal without having to use an internet connection.
    2. Device Quota To see the number of device quotas that have been logged in, use a special Talenta Portal account.
    3. Guidebook To view the guidebook or guidebook regarding Talenta Portal features
    4. Search To search for Device Name in the List of Devices
    5. List of Device Contains a list of devices that have logged in using a special Talenta Portal account.
    6. Actions
    • To delete a registered device to restore device quota
    • To edit the device name. You can name the device so that later the device can be seen on the attendance activity report page.
  1. If you click "Edit" on the Action button, you will be redirected to this page.
  2. Here, you can change the device name in the "Device Name" column.

    You cannot edit Device ID and Device Model.

  3. You can also set devices to show to All Employees or Selected Employees.
  4. If you want to display Devices on Selected Employees, you can set specific job criteria.
    Example: If you want to display devices only in the Product section, then you can fill in the Organization > Product criteria.

    You can select more than 1 organization.
