How to Manage Human Resources Report

The Human Resources Report is a report related to employment data at the company, which includes reports of employee turnover, reprimand letters, and curriculum vitae.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the “Payroll” menu.
  2. Click “View Reports”.

  3. You can change the reporting period and employee information for a particular branch that you will see.

  4. Click “Human Resources Report”.

  5. There are several reports that you can view, such as the turnover report, turnover yearly report, reprimand report, and curriculum vitae.

  6. Click "Turn Over Report".

  7. In Turn Over Report, you can see a report that contains details of incoming and outgoing employees per month in the Turnover Report.

    1 Filter Information You can use it to filter information based on branch or cutoff period.
    2 Download Report You can use it to download the Turnover Report in PDF or XLS format.
    3 Turn Over List Table The display of Turn Over details according to the period and filter settings you use.
    4 Summary A summary containing information on active employees, joined employees, retired employees, and total active employees in the last month.
  8. If you download the Turnover Report in XLS format, it will look like the following.

    After downloading the report in XLS format, you can still provide additional filters for the information you need.

  9. Click "Turn Over Yearly Report".

  10. The Turnover Yearly Report is a report that displays information about incoming and outgoing employees on an annual basis.

    1 Filter Information You can use it to filter information based on branch or time period.
    2 Download Report You can use it to download the Turnover Yearly Report in PDF or XLS format.
    3 Turn Over List Table The display of Turn Over Yearly details depends on the period setting and filter you are using.
    4 Summary A summary of information related to employee entry and exit data for one year, which includes total active employees, total newly hired employees, total resigned employees, and total active employees as of the end of last year.

    After downloading the report in XLS format, you can still provide additional filters for the information you need.

  12. Click "Reprimand Report".

  13. Reprimand Report is a detailed report on reprimand letters given to employees for a certain period. Click here to learn about reprimands.

  15. Curriculum Vitae is a report that displays a CV that can be downloaded or emailed to employees. The information that appears on the CV is the same information that is included in the employee details.

    2 Send Email All A button that can be used to send CVs to all employees without exception via email.
    3 Filter by Branch You can use it to add a filter by branch.
    4 Employee's List Table Show the employee CV list.
    5 Download Button to download your CV.
    6 Send Email Button to send an email.
