How to View Activities

In the Activities Tab, you can monitor all task progress from Employees. The information displayed will be based on the specified weekly period. You can also download this information in Excel format.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Productivity menu, then click "Projects & Tasks".

  2. Click Timesheet, then click Activities.

  3. Enter the name of the employee whose task progress you want to view.

  4. Set the date period.

  5. The list of task progress will appear as follows.

  6. You can also view information by date by selecting the date. In the Total section, the total time spent on all tasks during the displayed weekly period will be shown.

  7. You can click the "Export XLS" button to download it in Excel format.

    The Export XLS option can only be downloaded for weekly data.
    - All users have the authority to access the Export XLS feature. However, download access is limited based on each user's role, with the following provisions:
    1. Role Employee: Only allowed to download their own document data.
    2. Role Admin/Super Admin: Have full authority to download data of all employees according to their access rights.
    - The Custom export option allows filtering the data sheet to be downloaded. You can customize the period in the Select date fields and/or select “employee name” by checking checkboxes one by one or click “All employees” to select all employees in the Employee column.

  8. To start downloading the Timesheet activity data, click “Export XLS”.
