How to Manage Overtime Leave

Overtime Leave is an alternative policy to replace overtime working hours to leave.

However, before you can use this feature, you need to activate it first by contacting the support team at support-hr@mekari.com

You will also need to make some settings first.

  • Settings should begin by creating the Overtime Leave policy first. Afterwards, it is followed by creating the Master Overtime policy (make sure the settings in Compensation Type Allowed are set accordingly).
  • Next, assign the previously created master overtime for each employee.
  • After that, assigned employees can use this feature when requesting overtime.
