Goals is a feature that monitors the targets to be achieved either individually or as a team. Equipped with an Approval feature that can be adjusted according to your needs, every action on Goals taken by employees can be validated first whether it is following the agreement. These actions include creating new goals, and editing and updating achievements.

First of all, in order to use it, you must activate the approval setting on goals. Here are the steps:

  2. Enter the Goals Menu and select Settings.
  3. There is an "Inactive" label in the approval goals setting that is not yet active. Hence, click “Open approval” to activate it.
