In addition to going through the finance menu on talenta.co, you can also submit reimbursement requests through Talenta Mobile. This makes the submission easier and more practical.
Here are the steps:
Click “Benefit Reimbursement” on the Home page.
Select "Benefit Reimbursement".
On the reimbursement page, click "Request Reimbursement"
Choose the type of reimbursement in the Reimbursement policy column. After you select the reimbursement type, your remaining balance information will appear at the bottom.
Fill in the transaction date according to the receipt or proof of payment in the Transaction date column.
Upload the required documents as proof in the Attachment section. Make sure the documents meet the written criteria.
Enter a Description if necessary.
Click "Add Item" to select the type of benefit from the chosen reimbursement.
Fill in data such as Benefit, Request amount, and Beneficiary. Then, click "Save". The entered data will appear as follows. You can edit it again by clicking the "pencil" icon.
Make sure the total reimbursement request is correct. Then, click "Submit" to send the reimbursement request.
Each successfully submitted reimbursement request will appear as follows. The approval status of the request is also displayed.
Next, you can also view the history of reimbursements you have submitted on Talenta Mobile. You can also cancel reimbursements and check the status of your reimbursement requests.
