How to Display Review Results in Detail

On Talenta Performance, you can see the results of the assessment given by each reviewer. To use this feature, you can tick "Display Review Result in Detail" when creating a Cycle in the Review Manager section. 

The function of this feature, namely:

  • If you (a role other than Super Admin) are a reviewer, you can see the results of the assessments from other reviewers.
  • If you are an employee, you can see the results of the assessment of each reviewer directly.

Here are the steps: 

A.Super Admin

  1. After the review results have been given by each reviewer, you as the Super Admin can check the review results by selecting the Review Cycle menu.
  2. Click "View Detail" on the cycle you want to see the results of.

  3. Click "Three Dots" and select Details.

  4. Then click "Three Dots" and select Reviewer List.

  5. Then, a reviewer who has given an assessment will be displayed and click "View Result" from each review that has been given by the reviewer.

B. Reviewers

  1. After the review results have been provided by each reviewer, you as a reviewer can check the review results from other reviewers through the Performance Review menu and select Pending Action.
  2. Then click "View Task" on the cycle you want to see the results of.

  3. Then click "Action" and select "Start Review".

  4. Therefore in this section, you can click on the names of existing reviewers to see the results of the reviews that have been given.

C. Employee

  1. After the review results have been given by each reviewer and published, you as an Employee can check the review results that have been given to you by the Reviewer through the Performance Review menu and select the My Review tab.
    Click “Manager Review” on the cycle name you want to see the results for.

  2. Hence, in this section, you can see the results of the reviews that have been given.
