In Talenta Performance, you can view the evaluation results given by each reviewer. To use this feature, you can check “Display Review Result in Detail” when creating a Cycle in the Manager Review section.

The functions of this feature are:

• If you (in a role other than Super Admin) act as a reviewer, you can see the evaluation results from other reviewers.

• If you act as an employee, you can see the evaluation results from each reviewer directly.

• You can view the AI Review summary automatically generated by the system in both Indonesian and English on the Review results page. The Publish score - Review summary AI feature can be used to deliver results to the cycle member/employee being reviewed, so they can view them on the my review page. Learn the steps here.
  

Here are the steps:

A. Super Admin

1. After the review results have been submitted by each reviewer, you as Super Admin can check the review results by selecting the menu Reviews, then click Review Cycles.
   

2. Click “Actions” then View Detail on the cycle whose results you want to see.
   

3. Click "Actions" and select Detail.
   

4. Then, click "Three Dots" and select Reviewer list.
   

5. The reviewers who have provided evaluations will be displayed, and click “View Result” on each review given by the reviewers.
   

6. Below is an example of the review result display.
   

B. Reviewer

1. After the review results have been submitted by each reviewer, you as a Reviewer can check the review results from other reviewers through the Reviews menu and select Pending Action.
   

2. Then click “View Task” on the cycle whose results you want to see.
   

3. Next, click "Action" and select “Start Review”.
   

4. At this section, you can click the names of the reviewers to see the review results they have provided.
   

5. Click “Submit” to submit the review. You can also save the review draft to complete later by clicking “Save as draft”.
   

C. Employee

1. After the review results have been submitted by each reviewer and published, you as an Employee can check the review results given to you by the Reviewers through the Reviews menu and selecting the My Review tab.

2. Click “Manager Review” on the cycle name whose results you want to see.
   

3. Here, you can view the review results that have been provided.
