How to Do a Review on Pending Actions for Employees

On the Talenta Performance Dashboard, you can go to Performance review which shows the entire review task list that must be carried out by each employee, which can be seen in the Pending Action Performance Review submenu.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to your Talenta Performance Account.
  2. Select the Pending Actions tab.
  3. Then, a list of Active and Archived reviews will appear. On the Pending action Active tab, you can view quick details such as Cycle name, Time frame, Review period, and Pending task. To see more complete details, click "View task".
  4. Therefore, you will see the following page. 
    No. Name of Button/Column Description
    1 Timeline The time frame and review period record that employees need to know in the review process.
    2 Status The number of review statuses (Submit, Save as draft, and Not started) in a particular cycle.
    3 Filter Filter employee review list based on review method or status.
    4 Search bar Type the employee's name here to find employee data on the review list.
    5 Start review

    Button to start review.

    The “Start Review” button can become “Pick co-worker” if the Super Admin/Admin activates Let member pick their co-worker in the 360-degree review method. 
    Pick a co-worker is the stage before the review where you have to do the task of choosing a co-worker that you will review and save it by clicking "Save".

  5. Next, click the "Start Review" button on the row you selected to complete the Review form that appears.
  6. Click "Submit" to complete the review.

    You can also click the "Close" button to cancel the filling or click the "Save as Draft" button to temporarily save your filling results.

  7. When you have finished reviewing, the status will be Submitted.

    Click “Actions” to Edit review or Reset review.
