Talenta Performance provides a 360 result manager display feature that assists companies using the manager review and 360-degree review evaluation methods, where managers can still view evaluation results, both ongoing and completed evaluation periods.

Here are the steps:

1. Log in to review.talenta.co.

2. In the "Reviews" menu, click the Review Cycle submenu.
   

3. Click “Create new cycle” to create the performance evaluation cycle to be used.
   

4. The 360 Manager Evaluation Method Review Display is available for the cycle purposes of Performance Review and Competency Review. Select the cycle purpose, enter a name in Cycle name, then click "Create".
   

5. Make sure you have enabled the toggle buttons for Manager Review and 360-degree review.
   

6. You will then see a screen like the following. You can adjust the settings as needed. To ensure the 360 evaluation method review results for managers are displayed, check "Display 360 review results for managers". Then, click "Save" to save the settings.

7. Once you have finished creating the cycle, go to Home and click "View all tasks".
   

8. Click the Active tab, then click "View task".
   

9. Click "Start review" to begin the 360-degree review.
   

10. Complete the review by providing scores, comments, and a summary. Then, click "Submit".
    

11. Then, click "Action" and View 360 result.
    

12. The 360 evaluation method review results display for Managers will appear as follows.
