Overtime Policy Mapping is used to determine the list of employees who are entitled to overtime after the user creates the overtime calculation settings in the overtime policy.
Below are the steps to manage the settings.
Go to the “Settings” menu.
In the Time menu, click Overtime.
Click the “Master Overtime Employee” tab.
Click the filter to select the list of employees you want to add to the overtime policy. The available filters are Branch, Organization, Job Level, Job Position, and Resignation status.
Click “Apply Filter” to apply the selected filter.
Click “Apply to all” to apply the policy to all employees.
Click “Export” to download the document template format provided by Talenta.
- Then, enter the overtime information in the Working Days, Day Off, and National Holiday columns using the overtime settings created previously.
Click “Import” to upload the completed document template.

You can also add an overtime policy to each employee individually.
In the Master Overtime Employee settings, you can use the Shortest days feature. This feature can ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws through the automatic adjustment of the hourly rate calculation by the system. You cannot enable this feature if you have enabled Multiple shift. To enable the Shortest days feature, you can contact support-hr@mekari.com.
Click “Save Changes” to save the changes.
