In Talenta, you can change your profile picture in the Employees menu. However, if you are a Superadmin or Admin, then you can directly change the profile picture on the Settings menu.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the profile picture icon on the top right.
   
2. Click "Account Settings".
   
   
3. In Account Preferences, select the Profile Picture tab.
   
   
4. Click “Select New Picture”.
   
   
5. Select the profile photo you want to upload.
6. Set the appearance of the photo you want to appear.
   
   

   Use a profile photo with a minimum size of 480 x 720 px and a file with a minimum size of 200 kb and a maximum size of 5 mb.

7. Click "Save Changes".
   
8. Click “Save”.
   
9. Then the employee profile photo will change according to the uploaded photo.
