You can view employee leave balances and leave validity periods in the Time off Log History located in the Time Off submenu. This information can only be accessed by users with Super Admin or Admin role access.
Here are the steps:
Go to the “Time” menu, then select Time Off.
Click Balance history on the leave policy.
A. Overview Balance Tab

You will be directed to the Overview Balance page view, as shown below.
In the hourly time off view as shown in the image below, the information displayed in the list is in hours and minutes.
Here you can filter based on the employee leave period.
You can also filter based on other employee leave policies.
Select Filter to choose employee conditions based on Status, Branch, Organization, Job Position and Job Level.
Then click “Apply Filter”.
You can then see the detailed list of employee leave balances based on the conditions you filtered, as follows.
If you hover the cursor over the numbers in Time Off Taken, Adjustment, Expired, and Carry Forward, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Click the numbers in Time Off Taken, Adjustment, Expired, and Carry Forward to see detailed leave balance information.

The detailed leave balance information will be displayed as follows.
In the hourly time off view as shown in the image below, the information displayed in the list is in hours and minutes.
Click “View detail” to see detailed employee leave descriptions.
Additionally, you can click “Export” to download the report in Excel format.
Use the Search column to search for employee names.
B. Log Balance Tab
To view the detailed list of employee leave balances, select the Log Balance tab.

The detailed employee leave balances will be displayed based on the conditions you filtered, as follows.

Click “View Detail” to see detailed employee leave descriptions.
Here is an explanation of the contents of the view detail:
- Time off request: Balance time off used by the employee through the time off request feature via mobile apps or web.
- Transaction: Balance time off adjusted up or down by the admin by creating a balance update transaction.
- Import balance: Balance time off added or deducted by the admin through the import balance feature.
- Generated: Balance time off automatically increased according to the policy provisions.
- Carry forward: Balance time off automatically increased based on the carry forward policy provisions.
- Expired: Balance time off that expired due to automatic expiration according to policy provisions, automatic expiration based on carry forward, and expiration policy.
- Edit attendance: Balance time off that decreased caused by admin assigning time off through the edit attendance feature or import attendance.
C. Block Leave Tab
If you enable the Block leave policy, you can view the history of employees with approved block leave requests by selecting the Block leave tab.

On this page, you can see a summary box of Block leave details based on Annual or Anniversary renewal time-off. Here, you can see the following descriptions:
- Employees have taken = Employees who have already taken block leave.
- Employees need to take = Employees who are eligible but have not yet taken block leave.
- % of employees have taken = Percentage of total employees who have taken block leave.
- Non-eligible = Employees not yet eligible to take block leave according to the settings made.- You can update the data displayed in this box by clicking “Update latest data”.
You can see how many employees need to take block leave by clicking on the number. A pop-up with details of employees who have not taken block leave will appear as shown below. Additionally, you can view the list of employees whose block leave requests have been approved and manage the list.
