A. Variation 1 (selfie optional & location flexible)

Click "Submit" to complete the attendance stage.
B. Variation 2 (selfie mandatory & location flexible)
In a second way, the selfie is a mandatory action but for the location it is flexible. After the user selects Clock In or Clock Out, the system will open the camera page and a display will appear to enter notes & view the location as the next action. Then click "Submit" to complete the attendance stage.
C. Variation 3 (selfie optional & location strict)
In a third way, selfies are not required, but employees are required to attend at certain specified locations. So, when an employee performs a live attendance, the employee will only be directed to the map page. Then click "Submit" to complete the attendance stage.
D. Variation 4 (selfie mandatory & location strict)
In a fourth way, selfies are mandatory and employees are required to attend at certain specified locations. The location has been set in the attendance settings, so the system will immediately validate the location on the map page and then proceed to the second page, which is the camera page for taking selfies. Then click "Submit" to complete the attendance stage.
It also applies to breaks (Start break/End break). Employees are required to take selfies and attend attendance at certain predetermined locations. If the selfie location does not match the location settings, the employee's attendance will be placed under a Pending status. Pending status indicates that the attendance is in the process of requesting approval or rejection from by the Manager.
E. Variation 5 (selfie mandatory, location mandatory & notes mandatory)
In the fifth method, employees who want to Clock in or Clock out are required to take a selfie at certain predetermined locations and include a reason if they are outside the location. If the location of the attendance does not match the location settings, then you are required to include a reason which you can enter in the Notes column. Next, you can click "Continue clock-in" where you must include a selfie photo and "Submit". The attendance will have a Pending status. Pending status indicates that your clock in/out and the reason for being outside the location that you have filled in is in the process of submitting a request for approval or rejection given by the Manager.
F. Variation 6 (selfie optional, location mandatory & notes mandatory)

Meanwhile, employees are not required to include selfies. If the location of the attendance does not match the location settings, then you are required to include a reason which you can enter in the Notes column. Next, you can click "Continue clock-in" and the attendance will be in Pending status.
