A salary Report is a report that contains detailed salary calculations, which include the calculation of all employee payroll components, benefits, as well as PPh 21, which is imposed on the acquisition of these payroll components. You can view the salary report if you have passed the run payroll stage.

For example, if you select the "Payment method" category, the filter subcategory options will appear, as shown below, and you can select the checkboxes. Then, click "Apply."4 Manage columns Click to set which columns are displayed in the Salary detail list table. 5 Export You can choose to download the salary details list in PDF or XLS format. 6 Search bar You can type in specific keywords to search for specific data in the list in this column. 7 Salary Detail List Table The appearance of the Salary Detail Report depends on the period settings, filters, and additional information you use. c. THR Report is a detailed report on THR and taxes on THR.No Column Description 1 Summary by You can display summary reports based on the selected categories of Organization, Branch, Job Position, Job Level, Payment Schedule, Bank name, and SBU. 2 Add filter Click to filter the summary report by Organization, Branch, Job Position, Job Level, Employment status, and SBU. 3 Download Click to download the report in Excel format.
d. Payslip is a report that displays each employee's payslip, which can be downloaded or sent to the employee's email.No Column Explanation 1 Payment Type You can use it to filter the type of payment, "Cash" or "Transfer". 2 Download Report You can use it to download the Salary Detail Report in PDF or XLS format. 3 Filter Information You can use it to add filter information, such as branches, personal data, and custom fields if any. 4 THR Report List Table The appearance of the THR report is in accordance with the period settings, filters, and additional information you use.
e. THR Slip is a report that displays each employee's THR Slip, which can be downloaded or sent to the employee's email.No Tab Description 1 Filter Information You can use it to add information filters such as Department, Job Level, or Payment Schedule.
If you apply Filter by payment schedule, the system will adjust the attendance and overtime information that appears according to the selected cutoff.With this filter, you can adjust the summary information and attendance limits on payslips based on the selected pay schedule filter.
Case example:
If the user filters 2 (two) or more payment schedules, then:
a.) The specified monthly and weekly payslips will display monthly limit information.

Attendance cutoff = 1 - 30 Sep 2023

b.) Weekly and weekly payslips (sequentially) will display the time range from the first week onwards.

c.) If 2 weekly payment schedules are selected and they are far apart or there is a gap, the time span of the two payment schedules will appear (rarely happens).

In this section, you can also download or email individual employee payslips.
f. Salary Detail Yearly.xls is a detailed report on the income received by employees for one year. The report will be automatically downloaded as an Excel file, as shown below.No Column Explanation 1 Filter Information You can use it to add information filters such as departments and branches. 2 Download All You can use it to download all THR slips that appear on the report. 3 Send Email All You can use it to download all THR slips that appear on the report. 4 Payslip Report List Table The appearance of the THR Slip Report is in accordance with the period settings and filters you use. g. Salary Detail Compare is a report that will display a comparison of employee earnings this month with last month. The report will be automatically downloaded as an Excel file as shown below.
h. Salary Recapitulation (Payroll Component dan Employee) is a report that displays a recapitulation of payroll according to the selected period.
i. Daily Allowance & Deduction Report is a report that displays a summary of the components that affect the employee's daily allowance.No Column Explanation 1 Period You can specify the Start and End dates for the report to display. 2 Filter Information You can use it to add filter information such as Branch, Payment Type, and Department. 3 By Employee You can use this button to group salary recapitulation per employee. 4 By Component You can use this button to group salary recapitulation per payroll component. 5 Submit Button to display reports according to the specified settings.
