How to Manage Job Position in Settings Menu

On Talenta, you can add positions according to the applicable organizational structure. You can also download the data in Excel, PDF, and image form. But before that, you can also learn how to view the organizational structure, here.

Here are the steps.

A. How to Add Job Positions in Units

  1. On the Dashboard menu, click the profile icon at the top right.

  2. Select “Company Settings”.

  3. Click the “Job Position” tab in the Company section.

  4. To add job positions individually, click "Add job position" and select "Single Add".

  5. Fill in the name of the position you want to add to “Name”.

  6. Select the parent of the position you want to add to the “Parent Job Position”.

  7. Click “Submit” to save.

B. How to Add Job Positions in Mass (Bulk)

  1. On the Dashboard menu, click the profile icon at the top right.

  2. Select “Company Settings”.

  3. Click the “Job Position” tab in the Company section.

  4. If you want to add position data in bulk, click "Add job position" and select Bulk Add.

  5. Click Template_Job_Position.xlsx to download the job position template provided by Talenta.

  6. Complete the template.

  7. Then upload the completed template.

  8. Click “Submit”.

After adding company titles, you can also add job levels that differentiate between employees. You can add them individually or in bulk.
