The Overtime tab in Employee Info is a tab used to manage each employee's overtime data as a company database. You can see a brief explanation from the Overtime tab as follows:
A. How to Apply for Employee Overtime
To apply for employee overtime, here are the steps.
- Click the “Request Overtime” button.
- Fill in the date of overtime submission in the Request Date column.
- Select the type of compensation for overtime replacement in the Compensation Type column.
- Fill in the duration of overtime in the Overtime Before / Overtime After Duration column and fill in the duration of the break during overtime in the Break Before / Break After Duration column if necessary.
- Overtime Before Duration: The duration of overtime submitted before the start of working hours.
- Overtime After Duration: The duration of overtime proposed after working hours ends.
- Break Before / After Duration: Duration of rest during the proposed overtime. - Complete the reason for applying for overtime in the Description column.
- Then click "Submit" to complete the request.
B. How to Apply for Overtime on Day Off
If employees do overtime on holidays/day-offs or on national holidays, the employee must submit an in/out schedule in accordance with the Overtime Order from the HR team.
Here are the steps.
- Click the “Request Overtime” button.
- Fill in the overtime request date according to the Overtime Order in the Request Date column.
- Fill in the entry schedule in Schedule In and the schedule for returning to work in Schedule Out according to what is stated in the Overtime Order.
- Fill in the overtime duration according to the Overtime Order in the Overtime duration column.
- Enter the duration of the overtime break in the Break Duration column.
- Fill in the reason for overtime according to the Overtime Order in the Description column.
- Then click "Submit" to complete.
