The Overtime tab in Employee Info is a tab used to manage each employee's overtime data as the company's database. You can see a brief explanation of the Overtime tab as follows:
A. How to Submit Employee Overtime
To submit employee overtime, here are the steps.
Go to the "Employee profile" menu.
Then, in the General submenu, select Overtime.
Click the “Request Overtime” button.
Fill in the overtime request date in the Request Date column.
Choose the overtime compensation type in the Compensation Type column. You can select Paid Overtime or Overtime Leave depending on your company's policy.

Fill in the overtime duration after working hours in the Overtime Before / Overtime After Duration column and fill in the break duration before overtime in the Break Before / Break After Duration column if needed.
- Overtime Before Duration: The duration of overtime requested before working hours start.
- Overtime After Duration: The duration of overtime requested after working hours end.
- Break Before / After Duration: The duration of the break during the requested overtime. Complete the reason for the overtime request in the Description.
Then click “Submit” to complete the request.
B. How to Submit Overtime on a Day Off
If an employee works overtime on a holiday/day off or on a national holiday, the employee must submit a schedule in/out according to the Overtime Order Letter from the HR team.
Here are the steps.
Go to the "Employee profile" menu.
Then, in the General submenu, select Overtime.
Click the “Request Overtime” button.
Fill in the overtime request date according to the Overtime Order Letter in the Request Date column.
Fill in the schedule in Schedule In and the schedule out in Schedule Out according to what is stated in the Overtime Order Letter.
Fill in the overtime duration according to the Overtime Order Letter in the Overtime duration column.
Fill in the overtime break duration in the Break Duration column.
Attach proof of overtime if needed by clicking "Attach file".
Fill in the reason for overtime according to the Overtime Order Letter in the Description column.
Then click “Submit” to complete.
