To be able to view your Reimbursement history, you and also apply for Reimbursement. You can access the "Reimbursement" menu on your Talenta Mobile Home screen. You can also submit and view reimbursement history through talenta.co.

The following is a view of the Reimbursement Menu:

No Column Explanation
1 Saldo Reimbursement Displays employee reimbursement balances.
2 Request Reimbursement

Button to apply for reimbursement.

Click the following link for further explanation.

3 Request To see a list of reimbursement that has been submitted.
4 Approved Contains a list of reimbursement that has been approved.
5 Filter Periode To filter the list by a certain period.
6 Filter See a list of reimbursement based on status.
(Pending, Approved, Rejected, Canceled)
7 Detail View detailed reimbursement information submitted, such as the status and description of the reimbursement, details of the date of submission, approval, and payment.

If the overtime request status is still Pending, you can click the "Cancel Request" button to cancel the reimbursement request.

Next, the super admin will approve the request that you submitted. You can also submit and view reimbursement history via talenta.co
