Mass Resign is a feature that makes it easier for users to resign several employees at once. Usually, companies perform mass resignations due to unexpected urgent situations, closing branches, or conducting mass resignations for PKWT employees, so as not to violate government regulations. There are two ways to resign employees: by directly selecting the names of the employees to be resigned in Talenta (Direct) and by importing the names of the employees to be resigned (Indirect).
Here are the steps.
A. Direct
Click the "Employees" menu then select Employee directory.
Then, click “Mass Resign”.
Select the Reason for employee resignation.
Enter the employees who will resign by clicking “Add”.
Select the names of the employees who will resign.
Click “Submit” to continue.
Enter the employee's Resign Date.
Enter information for Merit Pay, Severance, and Compensation Pay if any.
You can view assets lent to employees in the View Assets section.
You can view loans taken by employees in the View Loan section.
You can add notes in the Notes section.
If the information entered is complete, click “Submit” to continue the mass resign process.
Next, a pop up will appear like this. Check “Set Offboarding for these Employees” to set offboarding for the employees who will resign. Then click “Proceed” to process.
B. Indirect
Click the "Employees" menu then select Employee directory.
Then, click “Mass Resign”.
Click “Download Template” to download the template you will use.
-
Enter the information you want to input.
- You can enter the resign date in the format yyyy-mm-dd.
- Make sure the resign date is not earlier than the employee's join date. Click “Import”.
The import results will appear as follows.
If you want to add employees to the mass resign, you do not need to make changes to the Excel file, just click “Add” on the Mass Resign Employee page.
If the information has been completed, click “Submit”.
Click “Yes, Resign” to confirm.
