Onboarding is a feature for managing activities assigned to employees who have just joined the company. This section will teach you how to manage new user onboarding conditions. Previously, you could also learn how to manage the Onboarding feature, here.
Here are the steps.
- Enter the Company Settings menu.
- Click the Users tab, and select “Onboarding Setting”.
- In this section, you can view the Onboarding list settings that have been made.
- Click “Create New Set” to create the new onboarding setting.
- You will enter the Edit Onboarding Setting page, and fill in the name of the onboarding section in the Name column.
- Fill in the job position that will get onboarding in the Job Position section.
- Fill in the location where onboarding will take place in the Work Location column.
- Fill in the instructions that must be carried out by the parties involved in onboarding in the Instruction column.
- Click "Select Location On Maps" to fill work location according to the Work Location on the available map view.
- Click "Select Task" in the Task for inviter to fill in the tasks that must be performed by the inviter.
- You can select a previously created task by clicking "Select Task" or you can create a new task by clicking "Add New Task".
- Tasks displayed in "Select Task" are tasks that have been created in the Onboarding Task section. - Click "Select Task" in the Task for the new employee to fill in the tasks that must be performed by the new employee.

- Tasks displayed in "Select Task" are tasks that have been created in the Onboarding Task section. - Click "Show employee list from this organization" to select other employees which organizations new employees can find out during onboarding.
- Click “Save”.
- You can also change, delete, or duplicate the onboarding settings that have been made by clicking on the following buttons.
