How to Import Employee Data Changes / Bulk Update Employee (New)

In this section, you will learn how to import other employee information data. However, before doing this make sure to have learned about how to mass import employee data from a spreadsheet, here.
Follow these steps to import other data on employees:

  1. Click the "Employees" menu, then select Employee Directory.
  2. Click the “Bulk Update Data” button.

  3. Select the employee whose data you want to update by clicking “Select Employee”, or select all employees by checking “Select All Employees”.

  4. Choose the employee information you want to update. For example: General Info. Then click "Continue".

  5. Click “Export” to download the data, then click “Continue”.

    - To download the exported file, click “Go to Inbox”.

    - Click the incoming message related to Export Update Employee.

    - Click “here” to download the data.

  6. Choose whether you want to update all fields (All fields) or only specific fields (Update only selected fields).

  7. If you choose to update specific fields, select which fields you want to change.

  8. Upload the updated file, then click “Continue”.

  9. Once the bulk update process is successful, you will receive a confirmation message.
