Mulai bulan Juli 2025, Mekari Talenta akan secara bertahap memperkenalkan tampilan navigasi baru pada aplikasi versi web. Perubahan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik melalui navigasi yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Pada artikel ini, Anda akan menemukan perbandingan antara tampilan navigasi terbaru dengan navigasi versi sebelumnya, serta panduan untuk mengakses fitur-fitur utama melalui tampilan baru ini.
Perubahan Utama pada Navigasi
Berikut adalah beberapa perubahan utama pada tampilan navigasi baru Mekari Talenta:
1. Posisi navigasi yang berpindah dari atas ke kiri layar (sidebar).
2. Pengelompokan menu yang lebih terstruktur sesuai dengan alur kerja pengguna.
Untuk mempermudahkan Anda dalam proses transisi ini, Anda dapat merujuk pada tabel di bawah ini. Tabel berikut berisi daftar URL dari tampilan navigasi baru pada Mekari Talenta versi web yang dapat Anda klik satu per satu.

Saat ini, Anda berada dalam masa transisi, di mana tampilan navigasi lama (bagian atas layar) masih dapat digunakan hingga 17 September 2025. Jika Anda ingin beralih ke tampilan navigasi baru atau kembali ke tampilan navigasi lama, Anda dapat melakukannya melalui fitur Talenta Labs yang tersedia pada menu Settings.
Silahkan ikuti langkah-langkah berikut ini:
- Masuk ke Settings. Lalu, klik Account kemudian klik Talenta labs.
- Selanjutnya, pada opsi Navigation menu, klik “Disable” untuk untuk menonaktifkan tampilan baru, yang mana akan mengembalikan Anda ke tampilan lama dari menu navigasi. Atau, klik “Enable” untuk mengaktifkan kembali tampilan navigasi baru.
- Terakhir, Anda dapat memberikan masukan kepada kami terkait pengembangan menu navigasi baru Mekari Talenta versi web ini. Klik “Submit” untuk mengirimkannya.
Penting
Mulai tanggal 18 September 2025, tampilan baru menu navigasi Mekari Talenta versi web akan diaktifkan secara default untuk seluruh pengguna. Tampilan menu navigasi lama masih dapat Anda gunakan hingga 17 September 2025. Kami menghimbau Anda untuk memanfaatkan masa transisi ini dengan mulai mengeksplorasi tampilan navigasi yang baru.
