Employee Performance in Talenta Insights provides an overview of reports and metrics for viewing short- and long-term success across various employee performance KPIs/Goals. The data is then presented in a single view that allows you to assess entire teams or individuals and explore specific metrics. There are 2 sections in this dashboard: Employee Performance and Goals Analytics. The following is an explanation of the data presented on the Performance page:
By Company / Breakdown / Leaderboard / Goal Analytics (External Analytics Dashboard): An integrated external dashboard that displays company-wide performance trends, evaluation result breakdowns (based on age/education/gender/length of service/department), a leaderboard of the highest employee scores, and work target achievements (goal analytics).
The Insight menu contains the Employee Performance tab, which is used to view employee performance charts. The following are the steps.
- Go to the insights.talenta.co page, then Sign in to your account.

After entering the Talenta Insights page, click the "Performance" menu.
Only users with the Super Admin role in Talenta and Super Admin in Performance Review can access this menu.

On this tab, you will see several review result history charts divided into By company, Breakdown review result history, Performance leaderboard, and Goal analytics. All of these charts can be filtered according to the required data.
- If you use Performance Review, the data displayed is data generated from Performance Review.
- The data presented is not real-time and will be updated 4 times a day.
The following is an explanation of each chart on the Employee Performance tab.
By Company
Here, you can view an employee performance chart based on the company as a whole. You can also filter by specific review cycles and methods that have previously been conducted at your company.Breakdown Review Result History
In this section, you can view a more detailed employee performance chart that you can explore based on Age, Education, Gender, Length of Service, and Organization/Department. You can also filter by the cycle, period, and review method at your company.Performance Leaderboard
Here, you can view each employee's score data and position, allowing you to see the top-performing employees as well as employees who need further improvement. You can also filter by cycle, period, review method, and organization/department.
Goal analytics
In Goal Analytics, you can view charts and detailed goals for each employee, such as the total number of individual or team goals and their statuses, so you can see the company's overall condition in achieving specific objectives. You can also filter by goal type, goal status, and period.And if you click one of the sections of the donut chart, the data will change according to the chart section you select.
All of the charts above can be downloaded by clicking the chart, selecting "Three Dots" on the right, and clicking “Export to CSV”.
