The Overtime page on Talenta Insights provides insight into the company's employee overtime trends. You with the role of Super Admin/Admin can view data and information regarding Overtime Cost, Overtime Duration, Employee Overtime Breakdown, and Employee Overtime List. All of these data are presented in graphic reports in the form of bar charts, line charts, and easy-to-understand lists.
1. How to Access Overtime Insight
Following are the steps to access information for Overtime Insight on Talenta.
- Click "Insights" in the Applications section of the Dashboard Menu.
You can also access it through the Employees menu, then click "Insights".
- On the Insights menu, click "Overtime".
- You can print Insights with print adjustment options (configuration) and preview previews. You can also download your PDF Overtime Insight by clicking the “Printer” icon in the upper right corner of the page.
- You can see the full-screen graphic display by clicking on an empty part of the graphic box, then clicking on the "Full Screen" icon that appears in the upper right corner of the box. - On Overtime Insight, you can filter by:
a. Branch
b. Organization
c. Position
- In each filter field, you can check Select all or check one by one on the filter you choose.
- The choice of category for each filter is in accordance with the employee data that you have entered in Talenta.
- You can click “Show selected values” to display selected values on the chart.
- In addition, to reset and refresh the filter, you can click the “Three Dots” icon.

2. Field and Drill Button on Each Overtime Cost Graph
A. Overtime Cost
Overtime Cost in Insight is data on monthly employee overtime costs presented in the form of a bar graph. Here, you can compare the total cost of overtime employees from one month to another. This can make it easier for you to find out the pattern and effectiveness of the company's employee performance.
Important
Overtime Cost can only be seen if you have run Payroll. Overtime Cost is calculated based on a full month, not from cut-off attendance or cut-off payroll.
The following is an explanation of the fields on the Overtime Cost graph which shows data on employee overtime cost trends in your company.

- Paid overtime (employees): The number of employees who have been paid overtime.
- Paid overtime approved (request): The number of requests for overtime that have been approved.
- Total paid overtime (hours): Total number of overtime hours that have been paid.
- Total cost: The total cost for employees who do overtime.
2. Filter Drill button
You can set the chart to show data according to the time period drilled by clicking on one of the bars in the Overtime Cost chart. The following is a Drill Overtime Cost breakdown filter.

Here, you can compare the amount of employee overtime duration from one month to another. This can make it easier for you to find out the pattern and effectiveness of the company's employee performance.
