On Payroll Info , you can see some data related to payroll such as BPJS Health (Kesehatan), BPJS Employment (Ketenagakerjaan), NPWP, and PTKP status to account information. If there is invalid or changed data, you can make changes by following the method below.

To change your payroll information, click the Employee profile menu.

Go to the Payroll tab and select "Payroll Info".

Then, click “Edit” in the section where you want to change the data. For example, in Bank information.

In the Bank information section, you can change the Bank name and Bank account information only. Click "Request change data" when you have finished changing your payroll information.
The bank account holder information cannot be changed to ensure that the data matches the name registered on your Mekari Talenta account, which corresponds to your identity card.

A pop-up will appear. You can provide a description of why you are changing information in your payroll data in the Notes column. You can also include attachments by clicking “Choose File.” Then, click “Submit” to submit the data changes to your HR department.
Attachments that can be uploaded include PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, CSV, TXT, DOC, XLS, PPT, XLSX, PPTX, and DOCX files with a maximum size of 10 MB.

Next, you need to enter the OTP sent to WhatsApp using the phone number registered in your Mekari Talenta account. After that, click “Verify”.

If you have problems receiving the OTP, you can wait 1 minute until the option to Resend OTP (Resend OTP to WhatsApp) or Use other methods (Try another method) appears.

If you select Use other methods, you can then select the option to Verify via SMS or Verify via email.
Important
Ensure your Mekari Talenta account information, such as your phone number and email address, is accurate and up-to-date to ensure successful OTP delivery.
Furthermore, the data that you change will first pass the approval of the super admin. Only after the data is approved, the data displayed is the latest data.
