The Compensation Settlement feature in Payroll Processing Mekari Talenta simplifies the process of managing newly approved overtime arrears and correcting payroll after the monthly payroll cycle has been completed. Through this feature, Super Admins can automate the overtime reconciliation process that was previously performed manually via a spreadsheet, from setting the termination/scheduling (settlement rule), synchronizing monthly overtime data, to centrally monitoring employee attendance statuses and details.
