As part of the recruitment or promotion process, you are invited to participate in a written and personality assessment organized by Mekari Talenta in collaboration with the Applied Psychology Institute of the University of Indonesia (LPTUI). There are 3 types of psychometric assessments you may encounter: Leadership Competency Profile, Operational Readiness Test, and Professional Talent Assessment. Here is the explanation.

This guide explains the preparation steps and the process flow so that you can complete the entire evaluation series smoothly and optimally.

A. Preparation Steps

Before the Assessment

• Get enough rest the night before the assessment to keep your body and mind fresh.

• Make sure your device (laptop/PC/phone) is in good condition and fully charged.

• Check your internet connection and use a stable network; avoid switching networks while working on the test.

• Choose a quiet place with adequate lighting and free of distractions (no TV, loud music, or people passing by).

• Prepare supporting documents if requested (e.g., ID card) and writing tools for notes if needed.

• Review the invitation email again to avoid scheduling or link errors.

During the Assessment

• Read each instruction carefully before answering.

• Manage your time wisely; do not spend too long on one question.

• Answer honestly and true to yourself, especially in the personality section.

• You may review/change your answers before clicking "Submit Summary"; once submitted, the assessment cannot be accessed again.

• If time runs out, the system will automatically submit the last saved answers, so answer gradually rather than at the last minute.

• Do not open other tabs/applications or work from two devices simultaneously.

After the Assessment

• Make sure you have clicked submit and received confirmation that the assessment was successfully completed.

• If you encounter technical issues disrupting the process, immediately report to your recruiter along with screenshots (if any).

B. Process Flow

Important
Please answer the assessment honestly because the results will be used to measure the best alignment between your profile and the position applied for. Additionally, the system is equipped to detect any type of cheating potentially done by participants during the test.

1. Check the inbox of the email address you registered with when applying for the job. Open the official email from no-reply@talenta.co, then click the “Start your assessment” button.
   

2. You will be directed to the assessment page, which can be accessed according to the scheduled time, starting from the Date & Time until the link expiration date Expiry Link Date stated in your invitation email.

3. Before starting the assessment questions, you will be asked to check the checkbox Pre-assessment list and I’ve read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Then, click “Continue”.
   

   While working on the questions, if you do not move your cursor for some time, the following pop-up will appear. Click “OK, got it”.
   

4. Each section can be started by clicking “Start the assessment”.
   

5. After completing each section, click “Next stage”.
   

6. Once you have completed all sections, you can submit by clicking “Yes, Submit”.
