Through Mekari Talenta, in addition to resignation compensation rules on the Resign Compensation page, you can create custom resignation compensation multiplier rules to comply with government regulations or your company's needs. These custom rules can be created by a Super Admin via the Custom Compensation feature in the Settings menu. Additionally, you can also manage the rules that have been created.
Here are the steps to create and manage custom compensation rules.
To access the Custom Compensation feature, go to the “Settings” menu.
Click Payroll, then select Custom Compensation.
A. Creating Custom Compensation Rules
Create a new custom multiplier rule by clicking “Add multiplier”.
Then, in the appearing sidebar, fill in the required form fields.

| 1. | Resignation reason | Fill in the salary multiplier for the employee's resignation reason categorized under this multiplier rule. |
| 2. | Severance pay |
Fill in with the multiplier amount of severance pay as compensation. For example, in the image above, enter the number "1" which means that the severance pay given to the employee due to resignation for this reason is the employee's salary multiplied by 1. |
| 3. | Merit pay |
Fill in the salary multiplier based on performance as compensation. For example, in the image above, enter the number "1", which means that the merit salary given to the employee due to resignation for this reason is the employee's salary multiplied by 1. |
If the information has been completed, click “Save”.
Then, the custom compensation multiplier will be successfully added with an active status.
B. Editing, Deactivating, Activating, and Deleting Custom Compensation Rules
On the Custom Compensation page, if you want to edit a custom multiplier rule that has been created, click “Actions” and then select Edit.
Then, change the information in the fields you want.

Then, if you have finished editing the information on the custom compensation multiplier rule, click “Save changes”.
On the Custom Compensation page, if you want to deactivate the status of a custom multiplier rule, click “Actions”, then select Deactivate.
Then, the following pop-up will appear. Click “Deactivate” to confirm the deactivation of this rule.
Then, the status of the custom compensation rule that was previously active will become “Inactive” which means deactivated.
If you want to activate the status of the custom compensation rule that is inactive, click “Actions”, then select “Activate”.
On the Custom Compensation page, if you want to delete a custom multiplier rule that has been created, click “Actions” and then select Delete.
Then, the following pop-up will appear. Click “Delete” to confirm the deletion of this rule.
