How to Monitor Talent Profiles in the Talent Directory

Through Mekari Talenta Performance Management, you can access employee profiles centrally to make strategic decisions related to promotions and succession planning more objectively based on comprehensive historical performance data.

Here is the explanation.

  1. Log in to your Mekari Talenta Performance Management account.

  2. Go to the “Talent Directory” menu.

  3. You will be directed to the following page. You can apply filters to the displayed list. Here is the explanation.

1. Branch Filter the list based on the employee's branch.
2. Organization Filter the list based on the employee's organization.

Click to filter data more comprehensively, such as Job level, Job position, Employment status, and SBU. After setting the filters, click “Apply filter”.

1. Up/down arrow icon: To close/open the filter checkboxes.
2. Search bar: To search for specific names within the selected filter category, such as branch name, organization, and others.
3. Checkbox: To check the criteria names you want to filter.
4. Add filter: To add other filter categories, such as Job level, Job position, Employment status, and SBU.

4. Search bar Use this feature to search for employee names by typing keywords here.
  1. Additionally, you can view an employee’s profile by clicking “View talent profile”.

  2. You will then be directed to that employee's Talent profile page.

  2. Another detail related to employee performance is the “Performance” section. Here, you can view information such as performance score, performance history along with graphs.

  3. The next detail is the “Competencies” section. Here, you can see the detailed Competency scores of the employee. You can click the “down arrow” icon to select the name of the competency.

  4. The last detail is the “History” section. Here, you can view Transfer history, Reprimand history, and Learning & development history.
