On Talenta, you can record employee loans and set up their payment installments through the Finance menu, Loan submenu. In this article, we will explain how to record a loan one by one. Here are the steps:
Go to the "Finance" menu and select Loan.
Click “New”.
Enter the start date of the employee's loan.
Select the name of the employee applying for the loan.
Select the loan name. You can click "Add new loan name" to create a new one.
Enter the loan amount.
Then, enter the number of installments to be made (in months).
Specify the interest type, if any.
Specify the interest percentage, if any.
Enter an explanation regarding the loan, if any.
Click “Save”.
