How to View Schedules in the Settings Menu

After a schedule has been successfully created, you can view the list in the Settings menu. On this page, you can also see the list of employees assigned to the schedule. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. On the Time tab, select Attendance.

  3. On the Schedule tab, you can view the list of schedules that have been created.

  4. To see the list of assigned employees, click the number of employees in the Assigned to column.

  5. The list of employees assigned to the schedule can be viewed on the Assigned Employee tab.

  6. You can filter employees by specific status by clicking All status.

    - Active schedule: Employees who are active on the schedule.
    - Inactive schedule: Employees who are inactive on the schedule.
    - Future schedule: Employees who are scheduled for upcoming schedules.
