How to View Employee Schedule

After you create a schedule, you can view the schedule details and see which employees are assigned to it. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Time menu, then select Scheduler.

  2. Click the employee name whose schedule you want to view.

  3. The details will appear as shown below. You can also remove a schedule assigned to an employee by clicking “Delete schedule.”

  4. You can also display employee schedules based on specific statuses.

    - Active schedule: All schedules for the employee (active, inactive, future).
    - Active schedule: Active schedules.
    - Inactive schedule: Inactive schedules.
    - Future schedule: Upcoming schedules.
