How to Set Up Access Role Document Templates

In Mekari Talenta, you, as a Super Admin, can configure the access role for the Document Template feature. Document Template. However, before doing so, you can learn how to configure the Talenta access role here.

Here are the steps to configure access for the document template feature based on the user's role.

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Click the Users tab and select Access role.

  3. Then, complete the following sections.

There are four roles you can choose from:

- Super Admin: This is the role with the highest authority compared to other roles. All requests submitted by employees will by default be forwarded to the Super Admin for approval, unless otherwise specified in the approval process based on job position. In general, the Super Admin can access the entire employee database, edit policies, and assign roles to other employees.

- Admin: Has authority that is not significantly different from the Super Admin, except that there are restrictions on access to salary and tax information. In general, the Admin's role is to input data, such as new employees, leave balances, attendance, etc.

- Employee: This access right is granted to employees. This access also allows employees to use ESS (Employee Self Service).

- Finance: This access right is granted to the finance department, which can only record payroll information, such as payroll component adjustments and payroll run processes.

3. Add  Select filters to restrict access rights based on Organization, Job Position, Job Level, Branch and SBU so that employees can only access data from the selected filters.
  1. In the Role Type section, select Custom. In the Document Template section, there are options for access to certain features, such as Document Template, Send document to Mekari Sign, and Revoke document. You can check "View" if you want the selected role to be granted access to view the Document template. Additionally, check “Add/Edit” if you want the selected role to be able to perform actions, such as to add or to change data in the Document Template, Send document to Mekari Sign, and Revoke document.

  2. Once the role settings are complete, click “Save”.
