In Talenta, after enabling employee Live Tracking, you can set the threshold for unusual activities performed by employees based on the locations recorded in the system. Here are the steps:
Go to the Settings menu.
Select Live Attendance under the Time submenu.
Next, click the Unusual Activity Rule tab.
In this section, there are two types of unusual activity: Outside designated location (employee is outside the assigned location) and Device inactive.
To modify, click the Actions button, then select Edit.
-
You can change the threshold for these activities. An unusual activity will be recorded if the user meets the criteria and exceeds the threshold.
For example, if the threshold is set to 10 minutes, then an employee who remains outside the radius for 10 minutes will trigger an unusual activity.
Click Save changes to save.
You can also deactivate an unusual activity by clicking Actions and selecting Set inactive.
Or, you can deactivate all activities at once by checking the checkbox and clicking Set as inactive.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, then click Set inactive.
The activity will then be set to inactive, and you can view it on the Inactive Unusual Activity Rule page.
That’s how to set up unusual activity in Talenta. Next, learn how to view Live Tracking here.
