In addition to manually adding candidates one by one, you can also add candidates in bulk using the bulk candidate add feature. Here are the steps.
- Go to the Candidates menu.
- Then, click the “More” button and select Bulk add candidates.
- Select the job position the candidate is applying for and click “Proceed”.
- Next, download the template provided by Talenta by clicking “Download template”.

Then fill in the template as follows.

- Once you have filled in your template, upload it by clicking “Browse” and click “Continue”.
- Upload the candidate's resume, but you'll need to rename the file to [Row_number]_resume. Once all files have been renamed, upload them by clicking the "Browse" button.
- Also, upload the candidate's profile photo and rename the file to [Row_number]_profile_picture. Upload the file by clicking "Browse".
- Finally, upload the candidate's portfolio and then rename the file to [Row_number]_portfolio and click “Browse” to upload it.
- Check the box “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” and click “Import”.
- Then your file is in the process of uploading.
